This is the second day and today we are focusing on the hips, legs and lower back.

Day 3

This is the third day focusing on the arm, wrists and hands.

Day 4

This is the fourth day focusing on the knees, hips and legs.

Day 5

This is the fifth day focusing on twisting and a simple and guided meditation.
